Dance for Schools

Springs Dance Company is a dynamic group of professional dancers, teachers and choreographers who offer a wide range of entertaining and informative workshops and performances, that intend to engage and inspire.

The content and style of the company’s performances and education work in schools and colleges intend to challenge children and young people by addressing issues of life and/or faith.

SDC specialises in combining Religious Education (RE), PSHE and Citizenship with Dance. SDC helps young people to learn about and learn from the Christian Faith, as required by the national curriculum, through workshops and performances that are energetic and engaging.

SDC works with and performs to people of all ages, abilities and faiths, with work that is both relevant and entertaining.

For older students, applications are now invited for the 2012–13 Dance Apprenticeship Scheme, an intensive 3 or 10 month dance training.
